If you are 15 minutes late or more , your appointment may need to be canceled and payment may be  forfeited.  We understand that things happen please give us a call or send a text as soon as you are delayed to the number on your confirmation. 

Booking an appointment requires a retainer fee which is non-refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS), but is however transferrable to another booking date rescheduled ONCE within 30 days of the original booking date. 

 * Due to limited space, only guests receiving services are allowed in the salon.
